This year is almost over and without sounding too miserable, I am SO glad.

I will be spending this Christmas without nephews and nieces, mostly alone. I don't think I've ever done that before. I think that maybe next year I shall volunteer over Christmas then I won't feel so bad, I'd be doing something useful.

I have learnt more about my camera this year and am a little closer to understanding the temperament of such a volatile creature. (Yes, I am talking about the camera there!)

Next year I aim to:

1) Acquire at least one hug.
2) Go to the sea (with camera!)
3) See at least one live music performance, I am almost beyond caring who it is now!

4) Spend lots of fun time with my gorgeous kitten.
